Clint understands the fears and concerns that buyers face as he is a
homeowner himself. He has an up-to-date strategy that will help buyers
understand the market and the various types of sales that exist. He
helps his buyers with regular sales, foreclosures, and short sales, and
helps his buyers get the one that is best for them. He is very familiar
with Northern Virginia as he is a resident of Fairfax County and has helped buyers in Fredericksburg, Arlington, Gainesville, and all cities in between. He understands the sales contract very well and has a great knowledge of negotiating from experience and from his master’s program, which helps his buyers when submitting an offer.

Clint works with many first time home buyers since he enjoys explaining the
process and has a system to keep them informed on every step in the
process of buying a home. Clint has an expert team of financing, home
inspection, home repairs, and all other areas to assist his buyers from
start to finish in the process of purchasing a home. The best part is that his commission is paid for by the sellers, so you don’t have to pay a commission even though he works for you!
